3OHT, LLC (“3OHT”, “we”, “us”) operates 3oht.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We collect as little as we can. We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

We collect information in two ways.

Information you give us. If you complete the enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your preferred contact method and the corresponding address or number — email, WhatsApp, Signal or telephone
• The service you are interested in
• The type and approximate size of your business
• Your preferred contact time and time zone
• Any message you choose to write, which is optional

Information collected automatically. Standard server logs recorded when your browser requests a page — IP address, user agent, and timestamp — retained for security and abuse prevention.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers.

Enquiry information is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if we proceed, to scope and deliver work for you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing you did not request.

Server logs are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.

When you submit the enquiry form, its contents are sent to us by email, to a mailbox monitored by the people who would actually do your work. It is not routed into a CRM, a sales queue, or an automated nurture sequence.

The message travels over an encrypted connection to our mail provider, Proton, whose servers are located in Switzerland.

If you would rather not use the form at all, write to mail@3oht.com directly — it reaches exactly the same place.

We share personal information only with:

• Infrastructure providers that host the site and route form submissions, acting on our instructions
• Proton AG, our email provider, which transmits and stores the message
• Authorities, where we are legally required to do so

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months. Enquiries that do become engagements are retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as our legal and tax obligations require. Server logs are retained for ninety days.

Submissions are transmitted over TLS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. Please do not send credentials, secrets, or sensitive technical detail about your systems through the enquiry form — if an engagement begins, we will agree a secure channel with you first.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Residents of the EU and UK have these rights under the GDPR; residents of Brazil under the LGPD; residents of California under the CCPA.

To exercise any of them, email mail@3oht.com. We will respond within thirty days. We will not charge you or make you justify the request.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle enquiry data will be described here rather than made silently.
