These terms cover the website only. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence.

The site, its content, design, code, and the 3OHT name and mark are owned by 3OHT, LLC and protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view and print pages for your own reference and evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute the site's content commercially, or use our name or mark, without written permission.

By using the site you confirm that any information you submit is accurate, that you have authority to submit it, and that you will not use the site unlawfully.

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the security of the site, or attempt to breach it, without our prior written consent
• Submit automated enquiries, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages
• Interfere with the site's availability or with other users' access to it
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation
• Harvest data from the site by automated means

We note the irony of asking a security firm's visitors not to test its security. If you find a vulnerability, we would genuinely like to hear about it — write to mail@3oht.com and we will not pursue anyone who reports a finding in good faith and gives us reasonable time to fix it.

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract, a client relationship, or any obligation on either side. It does not make you our client and it does not commit us to taking on your work.

Please do not send confidential information, credentials, or sensitive detail about your systems through the enquiry form. Nothing you send before a signed agreement is treated as confidential, though as a matter of practice we do not disclose enquiries to anyone.

Enquiry contents are sent to us by email. See the privacy policy for how we handle them.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any unavailability.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not security advice, legal advice, or professional advice for your situation, and you should not act on it as though it were.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the site.
